Currently featured at Fiber Arts Collective is mixed media artwork by Beth Yazhari. Beth collects delicate fragments of antique lace and embroidery from different cultures to combine them into intricate compositions that reference the east and the west. By rescuing discarded doilies and pieces of folk embroidery and recycling them into beaded compositions, she intentionally collaborates with the creative spirit of women of the past.
