Inspiration for Shoshanah's art comes from biology and the microscopic world, from the amazing forms by which life organizes itself, whether they be cells and parts of cells, or tissues, organs, and entire whole plants and animals. All of these forms are infused with brilliant life-affirming colors. Shoshanah's work can be seen at The Norris Center for Natural History at the University of California in Santa Cruz.
