Ashland Art Works - Amy Baumgart and Cheryl Kempner

Currently featured at Ashland Art Works are vessels by Amy Baumgart and sculptures by Cheryl Kempner. Amy creates artistic and functional vessels by uncovering and displaying the beauty in wood. Every step of the process brings her joy, from incorporating resin to add beautiful color and texture to carving intricate designs and patterns. Alternatively, Cheryl collects vintage resin globes and salvaged steel for her sculptures. She cuts with a plasma torch and her husband, Ken, welds everything. Together, they create colorful garden artwork that is long lasting and wonderful to look at.
