Ashland Art Works - Lorene Senesac and David Barton

Ashland Art Works - Lorene Senesac and David Barton
Currently featured at Ashland Art Works are ceramics by Lorene Senesac and paintings by David Barton. Lorene's work is inspired by dreams and travels to ancient and sacred sites. Made with clay and raku fired, her pieces depict portals or gateways with each door opening to another experience. Alternatively, David's work is influenced by patterns in nature, indigenous, and aboriginal art. Bold, colorful, and graphic shapes are painted with acrylics on canvas and panel boards, as well as using permanent markers on watercolor paper. Additionally, in the Community Gallery, are landscape paintings by Phil Rodak.
Don't forget to join them for First Friday Art Walk on Friday, October 3, from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
