Ashland Clayhouse - Beginner Wheel Ceramics with Carmen Proffitt
Join Ashland Clayhouse and Carmen Proffitt to learn about the basic skills to create something on a potter's wheel. In four sessions, individuals will review wedging techniques to prepare clay for throwing, the fundamentals of throwing clay, trimming, and glazing. Materials will be provided and little to no experience is necessary.
The workshop will take place from Wednesday, September 4 to Wednesday, September 25, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for a total of four sessions on Wednesdays. For those who are interested in participating, please click here for more information.
