“When one is painting, one does not think” is a quote from Raphael that I embrace. I use art to subdue the nightmares that arise from my 40 year career as a critical care and trauma RN. Much of my work illustrates an idyllic relationship between human and animal, the human form, and imaginary or absurd worlds. Besides my love for animals, creating and sharing my art with others brings me joy.
