I use the slow craft of hand-building clay into rustic, organically shaped pottery that honors nature and Indigenous cultures. There are no straight lines in nature, and my pottery reflects the natural beauty of these perfect-imperfections. Rustic shapes honor and mimic the ebbs and flows of rock, water and earth while surface designs pay tribute to earth-based societies, inviting connection with the natural world and ancient peoples of the lands we inhabit.
