Working in watercolor and ink are my joy. I spend my creative time sketching, refining ideas, and resolving the artistic challenges that best utilize my art skills. I hope to bring it all together in paintings that show my excitement and amazement. Silly dogs. Playing children. Dramatic mountain and desert scenes. All of these subjects, in palettes of blues and greens, amaze me and bring me great joy. If I can create a painting that offers the observer the same feelings, then my work realizes its purpose.
