Karen paints in acrylics, usually incorporating the human form. “I find putting paint down next to what is already there can provide a surprising, often pleasing experience. It is important for me to try new modes of expression.” Karen has exhibited widely in the Bay Area, Western Oregon, and in the Rogue Valley. She has held a one person show in Governors’ Ceremonial Offices in Salem.
