Cindy has focused on art throughout her life and received degrees from Southern Oregon University, Ashland, Oregon: a Bachelor’s degree with a Painting emphasis, and a Master’s degree in Education. She taught Art as a certified teacher in Oregon and California schools, community colleges and in her home studio. Her paintings in watercolor are represented at the Talent Gallery, in Talent, Oregon.
